With Convergent Facilitation
Chris, I'm so intrigued by your empathy incubator. Where can I find more about your work?
All of this makes me happy. And I am particularly happy for the cats.
Beautiful. Inspiring. I want more people to see it. How do we suggest it for the monthly Nonviolent Communication e-mail from PuddleDancer?
I will look into it. Thank you, Pam.
That's how I found it!
Wow, Sarah, I love this CF-in-action! I'm amazed it all happened in 20 minutes. I love the photo—the cat and its companion look very happy indeed.
Yes, Nancy. I was discussing with P&R and we thought likely it was so fast because I already know the children and know what's important to them.
Also, at seven and five, no way they can sit for a two hour criteria-gathering. It has to be speedy.
Loving how you described the simplicity and essence to your children. Heck I even appreciated the simplicity and had a deep breath out!. I especially liked the way the children joyfully and enthusiastically started implementing the agreements.
This really demonstrates how it feels at first like a burden, but the time is much better spent in this way than in arguing and enforcing rules.
