Work With Me
What if, through coaching, you could:
Access your deepest truth possible and communicate it in such a way that it’s received as caring?
Hear the deepest truth of the message coming at you, no matter how it’s said?
Remain grounded and centered in the midst of chaos?
Recognize opportunities to collaborate and mobilize your own resources to come to a solution that works for everyone - no compromises?
Find a calming path through intense human dynamics?
For me, families, and children in particular, are an acupuncture point for shifting our society towards more togetherness, interdependence and collaboration where we all matter.
I can share with you the tools of nonviolent communication and help you bring the paradigm of nonviolence into your home in a way that is tailored to your specific circumstances, history and growth edges.
I am influenced by the RIE approach, Interpersonal Neurobiology, Stephen Porges, Tina Payne Bryson and Mona Delahooke, but through the tools of Nonviolent Communication I help you bring connection, trust and belonging in your relationships.
I enjoy working one on one with humans. I help bring connection through supported conversations for families, I can offer much needed attunement to teens, I assist in all parties being heard during mediation, coming to actionable paths forward that work for everyone.

SELF RESPONSIBILITY IS SEXY
Or, if we're not going for sexy, we can say it increases opportunities for authentic connection with anyone. Blockages to connection can be our stories, our judgments or our analyses. These are all normal, human responses. Nonviolent Communication helps us take responsibility for these narratives and show up open and authentic, deepening our connection with our partners, coworkers, or children.

LIMIT SETTING FROM THE HEART.
Do you struggle with boundaries and how to navigate them in a nonviolent manner? Instead of boundaries, we will explore the limits of our willingness and how to convey that to anyone in our family.
